These terms explain how you can use termoline.md and how requests for our services work. Please read them before sending a request.
Who we are
The website termoline.md is operated by the administrator of termoline.md under the name TERMOLINE. We install, repair and service gas boilers, solid-fuel boilers, heat pumps and air conditioning in Chișinău and across the Republic of Moldova.

Purpose of the website
The information on this website is general and is provided for information only. It is not a public offer and does not replace an inspection or consultation by our specialist.
The exact solution for your home depends on your equipment and conditions on site.
Sending a request
Sending a request through the website or by phone does not create a contract. It only means you are asking us to contact you.
After we receive your request, we will contact you to clarify the details. A contract is concluded only when we agree on the work with you and confirm it.
Please give correct contact details so that we can reach you.
Prices and payment
The price of the work, the cost of the call-out, the scope of work and the dates are agreed with you before the work starts.
If the scope of work needs to change during the job, we will tell you and agree on it with you before doing additional work.
Payment terms are agreed with you before the work starts.
Warranty
We give a 3-year warranty on our installation works. The equipment is also covered by the manufacturer's warranty, under the manufacturer's conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- work or changes made by third parties;
- damage caused by improper use or failure to follow operating instructions;
- damage caused by events beyond our control.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an agreed visit, please tell us by phone at +373 688 46 151 as early as possible.
If we need to reschedule, we will also let you know as early as possible and agree a new date with you.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or error-free. We are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of general information on the website.
We are not liable for interruptions of the website caused by technical problems or events beyond our control.
Our liability for the work we perform is determined by the agreement with you and by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We will try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first. If that is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Any changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
