This policy explains what personal data we collect through termoline.md, why we collect it, who receives it and what rights you have. We collect only the data we need to answer your request.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is the administrator of termoline.md, which provides installation, repair and servicing of gas boilers, solid-fuel boilers, heat pumps and air conditioning in Chișinău and across the Republic of Moldova under the name TERMOLINE.

What data we collect
When you send a request through the contact form, we receive:
- your phone number (required);
- your name (optional);
- the type of service you are interested in;
- whether you need an urgent call-out;
- your comment, if you write one (optional).
Technical data
- Anti-spam protection: the form uses a simple arithmetic check on our own server, without any third-party captcha. To limit repeated submissions, the server keeps a counter linked to a salted one-way hash of your IP address. This counter is deleted automatically within 1 hour. Our code does not store raw IP addresses.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs, which may include IP addresses, as part of normal server operation.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
- To contact you, answer your request and agree on the service: this is a step taken at your request before a contract.
- To provide the service and handle warranty matters: this is necessary to perform the contract with you.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse (the arithmetic check and the request counter) and for technical server logs: this is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website and the contact form working safely.
- To collect website usage statistics with Google Analytics: this is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep your data
The website has no database and does not store form submissions. Requests are delivered to our internal work chat.
Requests remain in our internal work chat in Telegram. We keep them only as long as needed to answer you, provide and document the service, and handle any warranty matters; you can ask us to delete them at any time at info@termoline.md.
Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings. The Google Analytics cookies expire after 2 years.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data.
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): our website server sends form submissions to our company's internal Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): receives analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Our hosting provider IPHOST / Innovahosting (Republic of Moldova): hosts the website and keeps technical server logs.
Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
Telegram servers are located outside the Republic of Moldova, so form submissions are transferred abroad when they are delivered to our chat. This transfer is necessary to answer your request and to take the steps you asked for before a contract.
Google Analytics data may be transferred to the USA. This happens only if you give your consent to analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- object to the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How to exercise your rights
Write to us at info@termoline.md. Tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We will answer within 30 days, as required by law.
You can withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data correctly, you can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us at info@termoline.md.
How we protect your data
- The website works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- The Telegram bot access key is kept only on our server and is never sent to your browser.
- We collect only the minimum data needed to answer your request.
- The website has no database, so form submissions are not stored on the website.
- Fonts and all website files are served from our own server.
Children
This website and our services are not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we change the tools we use. Any changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
